About the Project
King's Party is a Midcore Social Sandbox where players compete in mini-games. My role focused on the meta-game loop: ensuring players had long-term goals (Progression) to keep them returning after the mini-games ended.
My Contributions
- - Economy Balancing: Tuned the hard-currency economy to enhance IAP experience for premium players.
- - Progression Design: Designed a "Battle Pass" style system that rewarded engagement, ensuring non-paying users still felt progression.
- - Documentation: Wrote detailed GDDs for mini-game rules and edge cases to minimize back-and-forth with engineering.
